Common questions

Before you get in touch

Answers to the questions we hear most frequently from compliance teams evaluating the platform.

Is the compliance engine free to use?
Yes — the public compliance engine on our homepage is completely free. No sign-up required. It provides a preliminary AI-assisted assessment based on your description. For structured GAP assessments with findings, actions, and reports, a platform subscription is required.
Who runs the assessments — your team or ours?
Your team. RelyAInt is a self-serve platform. Your qualified employees run assessments, review AI-classified findings, manage corrective actions, and upload evidence — all within the client portal. Expert review by a RelyAInt consultant is available on demand when your team needs it.
How quickly will we receive findings?
Your team can complete a full structured assessment within 48 hours of uploading evidence. AI classifies findings immediately. Your team's confirmation step and corrective action management happen in real time within the portal.
Which regulatory frameworks do you cover?
Our regulatory library covers 1,400+ controls across FDA 21 CFR, EMA Annex 11, EU GMP, MHRA, SAHPRA, TGA, WHO, ICH Q-Series, GAMP 5, ALCOA+, PIC/S, and more. We cover pharmaceutical manufacturers, CDMOs, biotech, and medical device organisations.
Is our submitted information confidential?
Yes. All enquiries and platform data are handled with professional confidentiality. We do not share your information with third parties. See our Privacy Policy for full details. We recommend not submitting confidential client data through the public compliance engine.
How does expert review work?
Expert review is an on-demand escalation available on any plan. Your team requests it directly from the client portal for any specific finding, assessment, or report. A RelyAInt senior consultant reviews and responds within 24–48 hours. It is not included in the standard workflow by default.
Platform notice
What RelyAInt is — and what it isn't
RelyAInt is a compliance platform — not a regulatory advisory firm. Understanding this distinction matters before you engage with us, so you can evaluate whether the platform is the right fit for your team.
Your team's qualified employees run all assessments within the platform — not RelyAInt consultants
AI classifies severity and risk — your team confirms every determination before it is published
All outputs are preliminary and must be confirmed by qualified human reviewers within your organisation
Expert review by a RelyAInt consultant is available on demand — it is not the default engagement model
AI tools determine regulatory applicability, classify severity and risk, and generate an overall compliance maturity score — all AI determinations are reviewed and confirmed by your qualified team members before any finding or score is published
