Do unused credits roll over to the next month?
No — credits expire at the end of each calendar month. Unused credits do not carry forward. We recommend planning your assessment schedule at the start of each month to make full use of your allocation. If you consistently find yourself with unused credits, consider dropping to a lower tier — or with excess demand, upgrading.
Who runs the assessments — RelyAInt or my team?
Your team. RelyAInt is a self-serve platform. Your qualified employees run assessments, review AI-classified findings, confirm determinations, manage corrective actions, and upload evidence — all within the client portal. RelyAInt provides the platform, the regulatory library, and the AI workflow. Expert review by a RelyAInt consultant is available on demand when your team needs additional assurance.
Is expert review included in the monthly retainer?
No — expert review is billed separately per engagement. It is available on all plans as an on-demand escalation. Your team requests it directly from the client portal. A RelyAInt senior consultant reviews any specific finding, assessment, or report and responds within 24–48 hours. The cost depends on the scope of the engagement — contact us for a quote.
What is the difference between a retainer credit and a fixed-price GAP assessment?
A retainer credit is used by your team within the platform to run a self-serve structured assessment module. Your team governs the workflow. A fixed-price GAP assessment (from $7,500) is a deeper, expert-led engagement where a RelyAInt senior consultant leads the assessment — typically for complex, multi-system, or pre-inspection situations. Both produce inspection-ready outputs, but the involvement and depth differ.
Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan?
Yes — you can upgrade or downgrade your retainer plan at any time. Changes take effect from the next billing cycle. Contact us at support@relyaint.com to request a plan change. We'll confirm the new billing arrangement and ensure your portal access is updated accordingly.
Can I cancel my subscription?
Yes — you can cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing month. You retain full platform access until the end of the paid period. Any unused credits at the point of cancellation are forfeited. Contact us at support@relyaint.com to initiate a cancellation.
What currencies and payment methods do you accept?
All pricing is in USD. We accept payment via bank transfer and major credit/debit cards. For Enterprise plan clients, invoice-based billing is available on request. Contact us at support@relyaint.com to discuss payment arrangements before subscribing.
Is there a free trial?
There is no free trial of the full platform, but you can try the compliance engine on our homepage completely free — no sign-up required. It provides a preliminary AI-assisted assessment based on your compliance description and gives you a clear sense of how the platform structures compliance work.
